Once the resin has been cured, it typically seals the damage, and attempting to reopen or inject more resin into the same area may not only be ineffective but could also risk causing additional stress or cracking the windshield.
The Rain-X Windshield Repair Kit is designed to minimize the appearance and prevent the spread of chips and cracks using a one-time injection and curing process. If you feel the damage is still visible but stable, no further action may be needed.
