Before winter, we recommend that you wipe the rubber of your blade with a microfiber towel to clean off any contaminants from the rubber. Do this as needed depending on your local weather conditions. Road grime, oil, salt, and debris can reduce wiper performance and visibility. Using a glass cleaner such as Rain-X Xtreme Clean® or Rain-X Glass Cleaner® and applying a water-repellent treatment can help improve winter driving visibility and reduce streaking or skipping.
